This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The fonts are served from this site's own server rather than from Google, so no font request sends your IP address to a third party. There is nothing here to consent to, which is why you were not asked.
The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. Those logs are handled by the host under its own policy and are not used to build any profile of you.
2. When you leave this site
The buttons here open Telegram and the broker's website. Once you follow one, you are on their service and their privacy policy applies, not this one. That is worth reading separately — Telegram and the broker both collect considerably more than this site does.

If you get in touch on Telegram, the conversation and whatever you choose to share in it — your name, your Telegram handle, your broker user ID, payment details you send — are held for as long as needed to provide the service and to keep a record of the transaction.
That information is not sold, rented or shared for marketing.
