Terms of Service
These terms apply when you buy VIP access, use the indicator, or take part in any paid service offered by Gino Signals. By paying, you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't pay.
1. Who you are dealing with
The services on this site are provided by an individual trading as Gino Signals, not by a company. Your agreement is with that person directly.

2. What you are buying
VIP access gives you, for as long as your access is active:
- the trade ideas posted to the VIP channel, including entry, stop loss and targets
- access to the TradingView indicator
- the education material
- the weekly analysis
- any further indicators released while your access is active
You are buying access to published content. You are not buying a service that is tailored to you, and you are not buying an outcome.
3. What you are not buying
This is not investment advice. Everything published is general commentary about trades taken on the author's own account. Nothing takes account of your finances, your objectives or your risk tolerance. No content on this site or in the channel is a personal recommendation to you, and it must not be treated as one. Every trading decision you make is yours.
Nobody here is licensed to give investment advice, and none is offered. If you want advice about your own situation, speak to someone authorised in your country.
4. Payment and access
VIP access costs USD 49 per calendar month. Payment is arranged directly with Gino over Telegram. There is no automatic billing and no card is stored — access continues only for the period you have paid for, and continues into a further month only if you choose to pay again.
Access is personal to you. Sharing the channel, the trade ideas or the indicator with anyone else, or reselling them, ends your access immediately with no refund.
5. The indicator
The indicator is licensed to you for personal use while your access is active. It remains the property of Gino Signals. You may not copy it, decompile it, republish it or pass it on. Access to it is withdrawn when your VIP access ends.
The percentages the indicator displays are measurements taken from the visible chart window. They describe what already happened on that chart. They are not predictions and they do not carry over to future price movement.
6. Availability
Trade ideas are posted when the setups appear. There is no guaranteed number of trades in a day, a week or a month. Quiet periods are part of the method, not a failure of it, and they are not grounds for a refund.
7. Ending the arrangement
You can stop at any time by simply not paying for the following month. See the refund policy for what happens to the time you have already paid for.
Access may be withdrawn without refund if you share paid material, abuse other members or the operator, or attempt to pass off the trade ideas as your own service.
8. Liability
Trading losses are yours. To the fullest extent the law allows, Gino Signals is not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, or consequential loss arising from your use of the channel, the trade ideas or the indicator. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes
These terms may change. Material changes will be posted in the channel. Continuing to pay after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Law and disputes
(normally the country where the operator is resident — confirm this before publishing)
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you keep the protections of the mandatory consumer law of your own country regardless of the above.
