Risk Disclosure
You can lose all the money you deposit. Trading leveraged products — CFDs on gold, silver, currencies, indices and energy — carries a high level of risk. Most retail traders lose money. Never deposit money you cannot afford to lose entirely.
Leverage works in both directions
Leverage lets you control a position far larger than your deposit. The same mechanism that turns a small favourable move into a large gain turns a small adverse move into a large loss. A position can be closed out automatically before you have a chance to react, and depending on your broker and jurisdiction you may in some cases owe more than you deposited.
What is published here is not advice
The trade ideas, charts and commentary published by Gino Signals describe trades taken on the author's own account. They are general information. They are not tailored to your finances, your objectives or your risk tolerance, and they are not a recommendation that you take the same trade. Nobody here is authorised to give investment advice.
If you copy a trade, you are making your own decision to take it, at your own size, on your own account.
How to read the numbers you see
Screenshots posted in the channel usually show floating profit and loss on open positions. An open position that is up has not made anything yet — it can give the whole move back, and sometimes does. Nothing is realised until a position is closed.
None of the figures shown are independently audited or verified by a third party.
Percentages displayed by the indicator are measurements of what happened within the visible chart window. They change as the window changes. They describe the past and they predict nothing.
Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Conflicts of interest
Gino Signals receives commission from Vantage Markets on accounts opened through its referral link, and on the trading volume those accounts generate. That is a financial interest in you opening an account, funding it, and trading it — and it pays out whether your trading is profitable or not.
You are free to use any broker you like for the trade ideas. The referral relationship is disclosed so you can weigh the recommendation knowing what sits behind it.
Suitability
Leveraged trading is not suitable for everyone. Before you start, be honest with yourself about whether you understand how these products work, whether you can carry the loss, and whether you are trading money you actually have spare. If you are borrowing to trade, or trading money earmarked for something else, stop.
Your own jurisdiction
Rules on leveraged products differ by country, and in some places these products are restricted or prohibited for retail clients. It is your responsibility to know what applies where you live.
