Refund Policy

Short version: you pay for a month at a time. To stop, you simply don't pay for the next one. Part-months are not refunded, and you keep access until the month you paid for runs out.

How payment works

VIP access is USD 49 for one calendar month, arranged directly with Gino over Telegram. There is no automatic billing and no stored card. Nothing renews by itself — a further month happens only when you decide to pay for one.

Stopping

There is nothing to cancel. If you don't want another month, don't pay for one, and access ends when the paid period runs out. Telling Gino you're stopping is appreciated but not required.

Refunds during a paid month

Once a month has started, it is not refunded in part. If you stop halfway through, you keep access for the remainder of the month you paid for — you don't get half the money back and lose the access as well.

Right of withdrawal for EU and EEA consumers

Consumers in the EU and EEA normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for a digital service and get their money back.

That right ends once the service has been fully delivered, but only where you gave express consent to delivery starting immediately and acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal as a result.

Implementation note — before launch Getting VIP access before the 14 days are up requires an explicit confirmation from the buyer, in writing, in the Telegram conversation. Suggested wording to have them send:

"I want access to start now, and I understand this means I give up my 14-day right of withdrawal."

Without that message on record, a buyer inside the EU/EEA can withdraw within 14 days and is entitled to their money back.

Where a refund does apply

You paid and never received access
You were charged twice for the same month
You are an EU or EEA consumer withdrawing within 14 days, where the confirmation above was never given

Where it does not

Trades that lost money. Losing trades are part of the method, and the risk warnings are given up front
A quiet week. Trade ideas are posted when setups appear, not on a schedule
Changing your mind after using the material
Access withdrawn because paid material was shared or resold

How to ask

Message @GINO_SIGNALS on Telegram with the date you paid and the method you used. Genuine cases are dealt with without argument.
